Easy Rocks glass Serves 1
Ingredients
  • 60ml bourbon
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml simple syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • Angostura bitters for garnish
  • Lemon wheel and cherry for garnish
Method
1. Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds to emulsify.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Dash bitters on top of the foam.
6. Garnish with lemon wheel and cherry.
