Good rye whiskey, no question. Lots of black pepper and cinnamon on the nose, nice oily texture. At £90 though I'd want a bit more complexity for the money — there are comparable bottles for less.

This rye has serious kick at 50% ABV but it's not hot in a bad way. Big rye spice up front, then baking spices and a hint of dark fruit on the finish. I keep coming back to it neat after dinner.
