12 reviewsLook, it's a tasty whisky and the fusion concept is cool, but nearly a hundred quid for a 5 year old is asking a lot. That said, the quality is there — rich fruit and a peppery finish that lingers. I'd buy it once for the experience but probably wouldn't replace the bottle.

20 January 2026This is a proper cask strength bruiser at 57.4% but it carries it well. I get honey, coastal salt and a bit of green apple on the nose. Added a few drops of water and it really opened up with vanilla and baking spice. Interesting to see Ardnamurchan and Cardrona working together — wouldn't have called that combo but it works.

25 December 2025Been a fan of Adelphi's independent bottlings for years and this didn't disappoint. The blend of Scottish coastal and New Zealand malt gives it this unique character I haven't found anywhere else. Creamy toffee, dried fruit, a whiff of smoke — had it neat and it's fantastic despite the youth. One of my favourite picks this year honestly.

11 November 2025Tried this at a tasting night last week. At 57.4% it's hot neat so I'd recommend a splash of water. Once you tame the alcohol there's nice orchard fruit and a gentle smokiness underneath. It's well made for a young blended malt but I've had Ardnamurchan single malts that impressed me more for less money.
