Nose
On the nose are aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, sugarcane, tea, tropical fruit, and sea salted caramel with hints of suede.
Palate

In creating Hemingway Rye Whiskey Signature Edition, the family of Ernest Hemingway has collaborated with Hemingway Whiskey Company, which brings eight generations of whiskey making experience to the production of this whiskey expression. The Call family is represented by seventh-generation Master Distiller Ron Call along with his two sons, Call Family Ambassador Clayton and eighth-generation Master Distiller Jacob. The Call familys deep roots in American whiskey-making started in the late 1700s when Samuel Call started distilling whiskey on his Kentucky farm.
