Nose

There is a hint of smoky coconut, with a touch of tropical fruit tones.

Palate

The first thing that seems to hit the tongue is a nice mint or herbal tea taste. There is also a lovely hint of oak and what I would describe as a oak sap flavor.

Finish

Comments: Latest On The Whiskey Wash 108 proof (54% ABV). Mashbill mixes: (95% rye, 5% malted barley), 95% rye, 5% malted barley), and (52% rye, 43% corn, 5% malted barley)
