Nose

Palate
Notes of grilled peaches atop baked goods, cinnamon, and yams caramelized in brown sugar. I was so impressed with the complexity of this bourbon, surprised by how much I enjoyed the heavy barley influence, and found myself eager to share this delightfully sippable whiskey.
Finish
The whiskey is modestly sweet with a silky mouthfeel. Notes of sugary dried plantains, pecans, and summery, juicy fruits.
