Nose
On the nose are floral notes of citrus, red rose, and spearmint along with sweet caramel.
Palate
The palate offers hints of cedar woodiness, cinnamon, cherry, and fresh ginger root. It has a long finish with warm spicy notes, freshly ground black pepper, and cucumber. This is a bright and approachable whiskey that would be a nice summer sipper. It’s a great choice for entry-level whiskey drinkers. Yet it still delivers a satisfying experience for more advanced whiskey enthusiasts, with a long, warm, spicy finish delicately balanced by notes of freshly ground black pepper and an obliging cucumber flavor.
